State award for SOMIC trainee

An apprenticeship at packaging machine manufacturer SOMIC lays the foundation for a successful professional career. Once again this year, the family-owned company from Amerang can proudly look back on the excellent performance of its apprentices.

Particularly outstanding was the achievement of Martin Feldhäuser, who completed his training as a Technical Product Designer with an excellent final grade of 1.3. For this special result he was awarded the State Prize.

The company honoured this achievement at an internal ceremony and presented the award recipient with a gift. Even more pleasing: Martin Feldhäuser will remain with SOMIC — he was immediately hired into a permanent position.
