The SOMIC 323 collects, groups and packs products into trays, wraparound cartons and cover/tray packaging. It can process both corrugated and solid-board cartons in various thicknesses. In addition, the SOMIC 323 can be configured as a carton erector, crate erector, inserter packer, lidding machine or sealing machine.
The collection throughput is up to 600 products per minute (product-dependent). The cartoning throughput for the tray packer (323 T) is up to 20 cartons/min., for the wraparound packer (323 W) up to 15 cartons/min., and for the cover/tray packer (323 DT) up to 15 cartons/min.
