Our end-of-line packaging technology produces shelf-ready cartons in a wide range of formats – from single-part trays, wraparound cartons and regular slotted cases (RSC) to multi-part tray/cover solutions. Various format parts enable a flexible changeover between predefined packaging variants.

SOMIC packaging machines process corrugated cardboard packaging in a wide range of material thicknesses – from solid board and E-flute at approx. 1.5 mm, via the common B-flute at approx. 3 mm, up to the robust C-flute at approx. 4 mm. Coated cardboard packaging and industry-specific material requirements, as commonly found in the coffee and tea segment, are also reliably supported. Other cardboard types are available on request.
