At our site in Haag in Upper Bavaria, highly precise components for our innovative packaging machines are manufactured. Using state-of-the-art technologies and a qualified team, we ensure that every component meets the highest quality standards – individually tailored to the customer’s application.
Continuous growth of the SOMIC group and, above all, flexible action throughout the entire production process were the basis for the decision to integrate the FeinmechanikZentrum Schmidbauer in Haag in Upper Bavaria into the SOMIC group in 2019. The geographic proximity to the SOMIC headquarters in Amerang guarantees short delivery routes, further increasing the efficiency of our processes. Currently, around 70 qualified, in part long-serving employees work as part of our highly efficient manufacturing department at the Haag site.
At the heart of our production are highly precise turned and milled parts manufactured on state-of-the-art equipment. These precision parts are of exceptionally high quality and ensure the longevity and efficiency of our SOMIC packaging machines worldwide.
