Our machines can produce the following carton types:
Single-part cardboard packaging
- Tray cartons - open carton trays for quick shelf presentation and easy product access
- Wraparound cartons - fully closed cartons for maximum product protection during transport
- RSC cartons – pre-glued shipping cartons for cost-efficient transport packaging
Two-piece cartons
- Tray/Cover cartons (cover outside) – optimal product protection during transport

Products can be grouped and packed standing or lying, in single or multiple rows, and in single or multiple layers. Using our in-house plotter, we create prototypes of the carton blanks in advance to test design and functionality early and to coordinate with the customer.

SOMIC 434
Maximum efficiency in the packaging process
The SOMIC 434 is our high-end packaging solution for demanding shelf-ready applications. Through in-line cartoning and freely configurable functional units, it packs almost any product into single- and two-piece cartons – from flat pouches and folding cartons to cans, jars and blister packs.
With up to 70% faster automated format changes, machine-height safety doors with a 180° opening angle and the newly designed control and supply cabinet, the SOMIC 434 sets standards in final packaging – for food, pet food, non-food and healthcare products.
SOMIC 323
High-performance and adaptable
The case packer SOMIC 323 combines reliable, durable engineering with high adaptability — all on a minimal footprint. Whether changing product formats, different carton types or high cycle rates: the SOMIC 323 packs your products precisely, gently and with consistent process stability into trays, wraparound cartons and cover/tray packaging.

SOMIC 202
Efficient and space-saving
The SOMIC 202 concentrates proven SOMIC packaging technology on the essentials: it is compact, cost-efficient and reliable. This machine processes trays, wraparound cartons and RSC folding cartons made of corrugated board reliably and with process reliability.
With its minimal footprint, 180° door opening for optimal accessibility and fast format changeovers, the SOMIC 202 is particularly suited to standardized packaging tasks and as an entry into automated carton packaging – including for smaller production environments.
