SOMIC trainees in the USA for the first time

We are excited to welcome our three newest members of the SOMIC family: David Rubio, Kenbrick Rosas Villanueva, and William Loher!

The academic portion of the ICATT Apprenticeship Program starts today!

Fully benchmarked on the time–tested German Dual Education System, the program combines company-specific knowledge, theory, and hands-on learning.

Two days per week, our three apprentices will take classes in the Hennepin County Technical College. The rest of the week, they will join us in our facility in Eagan, MN where our Training and Development Leader Dr. Timothy Blaeser will guide them to transfer the theoretical learned methods into practice.
