Developed for a wide range of products and case models, the Cover/Tray Packer SOMIC 424 DT is equipped with individually produced format tools, allowing us to provide nearly unlimited flexibility when it comes to developing solutions for your packaging requirements.
Machine process
- Pre-packed products are fed separately and grouped into case contents.
- The cover is folded around the product grouping and, if necessary, secured with glue.
- The covered grouping is positioned on the tray blank.
- The tray is folded around the covered grouping and secured with hot glue.
